Zanskar

Zanskar has long been an isolated region that was difficult to access. Indeed, it's cut off from the rest of the world during  the winter months. The future opening of the new all-weather Padum - Nimmu route will durably alter Zanskar's way of life.

It is therefore urgent to go and meet the Zanskaris and visit the monasteries clinging to the side of the cliffs.
